Will people see exactly where I live?

No. Other members see only the nearest town or city on your profile, never an address or a live location. Each city page suggests public places for a first meet, so nobody needs to know more than that.

Can I meet someone in a different city?

Yes. VIP members can filter by city and distance. Agree a public place that is easy for both of you to reach, and plan your way home before you set off.
